  • Domain name sales from our portfolio
  • Domain name transfer services
  • Lease-to-own payment options

3. Domain Purchase Terms

When purchasing a domain through our Services:

  • You must comply with the registry policies for .ai domains set by the Anguilla registry
  • Domain purchases are final and non-refundable once the transfer is initiated
  • You represent that you have the right to purchase and use the domain
  • Transfer typically completes within 5-7 business days

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete payment information
  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes
  • Accept responsibility for all charges under your payment method

5. Lease-to-Own Terms

For domains purchased under our lease-to-own program:

  • Monthly payments are due on the same day each month
  • Domain ownership transfers upon final payment completion
  • Late payments may result in termination of the lease agreement
  • Early payoff is available at any time

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REG AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
